Born on May 9^th 2007 this stunning dark bay colt has brought together the elegance and length of leg that Hofrat passes on to his offspring as seen in the young and upcoming stallion Blue Hors Hotline that was champion of the Hanoverian stallion licensing Verden in 2005. His Dam’s sire Warkant/World Cup I, was awarded Hanoverian Stallion of the year 2002. Hofmeyers dams mother is the state Premium Mare Erina by Eiger

2000 Reserve Champion at the Trakehner Approvals in Neumünster

2002Trakehner Champion and qualified for the Bundeschampionship

2003 100 day test HLP Adelheitsdorf Dressage index 136/II.

2004 Qualified for the Bundeschampionship

2006 Entered in the "Top Twenty", which is the top 1% of dressage stallions FN breeding index

Hofmeyers dam sire Warkants offspring caused a sensation both in auctions and at tournaments. 37 of his offspring were seen as the best horses at their auctions, 13 of them were sold at top prices of more than €50.000

Wilberforce by Warkant/Eiger sold for € 200,000. Wahajama by Warkant/Acapulco sold for the sensational amount of €255,000.

Warkant is the sire of 46 state premium mares. His daughters passed their mare performance tests with excellent results. It ensured that Warkant achieved a marvellous breeding evaluation of 156 points and that he is one of Hanover’s top-quality dressage stallions. Nine of his sons are also licensed.  

In 2009 Hofmeyer was presented to the British Hanoverian Society and was awarded provisional grading on the condition that he was represented as a 3yr old in 2010. He has now been backed and is under saddle showing three exuberant paces. This year we will concentrate on strengthening and producing him to re-submit in September for full grading.
